eficiencia energética y sostenibilidad
La construcción sostenible es el primer paso para reducir el impacto ambiental, mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas y maximizar la eficiencia energética.
Construimos viviendas sostenibles con el objetivo de reducir el impacto en el medio ambiente, tanto durante el proceso de construcción como en su uso futuro, utilizando materiales reciclados o reutilizables. Minimizamos el uso del transporte para reducir en gran medida la huella de carbono e invirtiendo en energías renovables para reducir las emisiones de CO2.
Las viviendas están dotadas de eficiencia energética, suelo radiante, aerotermia, placas solares, luminarias LED, cuidando la orientación y ventilación, aumentando el aislamiento térmico y evitando puentes térmicos para reducir consumos futuros.
Nuestro último proyecto, PUNTANEGRA, cuenta con la BREEAM® (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology), es el método técnicamente más avanzado para evaluar y certificar la sostenibilidad en la edificación y líder mundial en número de proyectos certificados desde su creación en 1990.
