Ryunosuke Satoro.
Background
Back in 1992, after the Olympic Games and the Universal Exhibition of Seville, at a difficult time for the construction sector, we started our activity as independent technicians, consolidating our position over the years through work and specialization.
In 2004, after carrying out and manage for third parties a multitude of projects as well as constructing thousands of homes, we founded our own developer, always trying to do special things, different from the rest and with our personal seal.
We are still motivated by the thrill of good work, by being a reference and by the reward of the pleasant satisfaction of our clients.

Mamen Pareja
Mamen is the founder of the society, main partner, and manager.
Technical Architect by the Polytechnic School (University of Alicante), with 25 years of experience in real estate management, technical office, and real estate valuation.
Committed to her work, demanding, and at the same time tolerant with her team and the people around her.

Miguel López
Technical Architect with a master’s in urban Valuation and Land Management by the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, with 30 years of experience in management, construction and technical advice.
He has managed projects throughout the country and all types of buildings, residential buildings, premises, sports, and health centres, etc.
Passionate about construction, advertising, and direct dealings with customers.
Ivan Andreu
Senior architect by the Polytechnic University of Valencia, he has been with us for almost 10 years, developing our projects and coordinating the work with external technicians.
Minimalist architecture works with straight lines, modern and integrated into the environment, with that Mediterranean essence materialized in natural elements such as stone and wood.
Juan Martinez
Juan is the alma mater of the construction site; he coordinates and is in charge of our latest projects. A perfectionist to the core, he plans and visualizes the construction, the materials, coordinates the rest of the workers and external teams.
